Each camper must submit a completed Kamp Keirsey Registration Form. (One form per camper) There are 2 options: online registration or print and mail. Printable forms are available under the INFO CENTER tab. By signing this form the Parent and Camper understand and agree to the CAMPER RULES and DOCTRINAL STATEMENT and also give Kamp Keirsey permission to publish the camper's photograph on this website, other social media and promotional materials.
Please return only the signed registration form with payment to Kamp Keirsey at the address noted on the form.
*Campers attending Sports Camp must also submit a completed Sports Kamp Form. THIS IS IN ADDITION TO THE REGULAR REGISTRATION FORM. (No additional form is required for on-line registration.)
